Guided and mentored by an established Billboard Charts and Rolling Stone Magazine featured artist known to us as Mr. Marc (bio below), students learn collaborative songwriting, vocal recording, video production, and how to perform a live Hip Hop song.

In collaboration, the class hip hop group writes a song and produces a professional hi resolution music/lyric video.

Each Raise the Bar program ends with a grand finale “Hamilton” stye live performance
and full length music video reveal.

Students will learn how to rap, sing, write, “ghost write”, as well as basic technical skills
with Google Spreadsheets and Pro Tools Recording Software

Everyone receives Raise The Bar certifications, a professionally mixed and mastered MP3 of their song, and a link to their class music video.

PARENT TESTIMONIAL

Esme had a wonderful experience with Marc’s class! She really enjoyed the creative process of writing the lyrics with the group, and it was very cool to get to record her part and then hear how he put it all together with the other girls’ parts to create an amazing song. It was really satisfying to have such an awesome end product to take away when the course finished, and something she was really proud to have been a part of.
